Hello, I started full body training at home 2 months ago. But I wasn't doing abs and legs. I was 57 kilos and 1.75 cm tall. Anyway, 1 month later, when I saw that my home workouts were giving results, I got more gassy and added abdominal and leg workouts. If I was doing full body Monday, I was working abs and legs the next day. I want to return to the original location. My weight is 65 now, there is a noticeable difference in my body, that's for sure. But I don't understand that there is a fat in my belly. It is sad to see the result of a full month of training like this. I want to continue to gain weight, but at the same time I want to load the abs. I appreciate your suggestions because I know this is the most knowledgeable forum. Waiting for your comments.
