Hi friends, I drink milk to meet some of my protein needs, I drink 500-800 ml of milk a day. I heard that milk is harmful to the kidney and thickens the skin, they say that bodybuilders should stay away, I'm not sure, do you think it's true? Is there as much milk as I drink? Do I drink semi-skimmed or skimmed milk?
