My Muscles Aren't Growing, Where Am I Going Wrong?

Hello guys
75-100 g per day. I'm taking protein.
My workout is like this:
7 kilos 40 reps 2 sets of biceps + (3 kilos 40 reps 2 sets of drop sets)
7 kilos 40 reps 2 sets of triceps + (3 kilos 40 reps 2 sets of drop sets)
7 kilos 30 reps 2 sets of shoulders + (3 kilos 30 reps 2 sets of drop sets)

I do this workout every day. There were those who said to lift heavier weights and do 10-12 reps. I wonder if I'm overtraining, or do I do the same workout every day, preventing me from improving? Or do you think I have little training? If I work harder and tire myself out, will I be overtraining? Or is the protein I'm getting enough? weight 75.
