Hello to everyone
I started powerlifting 4 months ago. I did the 3x5 program for 2 months and my weights improved as follows.
Squat 50Kg > 100Kg
Bench 70Kg > 95Kg These weights were what I did in 5 repetitions, I didn't try max.
Deadlift 40Kg > 90Kg
After that, I did push pull legs training for 1 month.
In this process, I tried different training styles, I can say that it passed.
Afterwards, I created a 3x5-style training program myself and my weights became as follows.
Squat 100Kg > 140Kgx2
Bench Press 95kg > 115Kg single
Deadlift 90Kg> 150kg single
