My shoulders are not straight please help

Friends, I do full body training 3 days a week, when it comes to the back area, my first move is lat pull down and my shoulders are straightened very well, but my next move is barbell row. My shoulders drop after barbell row. I didn't just start this job, I did it regularly for about 6 months, then for some reason I had to do it irregularly. What should I do to get my shoulders straight?
