I fixed this a little bit by adjusting the feeding times, but it recurred. I'm on a carbohydrate-heavy diet before training and I eat well. Even if I do sports 1 hour after eating, I feel nauseous even if I do sports 2 hours later. But it's not a normal nausea, I'm starting to vomit, but I can't vomit, it's such a annoying thing. In addition, the weakness does not appear, but strangely, the feeling of fainting comes from the feeling of sleep. I don't think there is a problem in terms of the disease because it has happened to me before and I had a test and there was no problem. I would appreciate if you share your experience and advice.
