Hello, I recently had a pain in my shoulder for a reason I'm not sure what I'm doing. At first I was skeptical if I had pulled my arm out. There was such a pain. now it's not the pain, there is pain on my shoulder as if the milk has come to the top, when I move it, there is pain as if it slides over. I don't know if I could explain it, but there is a pain mixed with needle prick. I have guesses in my head, but I'm not sure why it's like this. I tried to lift the bar with one arm for a while like an idiot, then I said I'd hang on the pull-up bar with the same arm, or it would be a pain from sitting at the computer too long or because of it. Maybe it was because they all came together. In the beginning it was when I was raising my hand, now it starts when I try to pick something up from the opposite ground. Please help...
