It will pass. I said it will pass, but it seems that it will not pass. I have had pain in my hamstrings for about 1-1.5 months.
Sharp pain at the deepest point of the squat when squatting. Same after deadlift. Before training, I do dynamic stretching for the hamstrings.
My Squat Weight is head to head with Deadlift I wonder if it's a muscle imbalance etc. Could it be causing a situation? I would be happy if anyone with knowledge could write.
