Hello Friends, due to my work, I train around 19.30 in the evening and leave around 20.30. I only drink protein powder after the workout. I don't have a meal after the workout because it's a little late. Do you think this will do any harm? Or do I have to eat something? I take about 180-200 g of protein daily. However, I don't eat anything after 18.00. Just like I said, I drink protein powder after exercise. Will it do any harm?
