Professional Help for Fat Burning and Muscle

Hello, I am 57 kilos and height is 1.60. I have been going to the bi-fit sports center for about three days due to the light fat in my belly area and the thickness on the upper part of my arms. However, I am not taking any supplements now. When I asked my trainer whether I should use it, it did not help me much. I don't think it will be enough on its own. I wrote it here because I want to burn fat and thin my arms and have a light muscle, more precisely, a fit-looking body within the framework of femininity.
