Hello. I've been going to the gym for 1 month. I go 6 days a week, including 1 day of cardio (30 minutes of jogging, 15 minutes of elliptical, 15 minutes of cycling) and 1 day of training. But I did not get any results from the program given by this gym. I need thinning of my leg area. I would appreciate it if you could help me prepare a new program.
