First of all, hello everyone, my first move on my back day was barifks, I had a severe pain on my shoulder blade in the 4th set. I continued like that, when I came home from training, I had a much more severe pain. For 10 days, my shoulder blade and neck hurt. I went to orthopedics and he took a neck film, it doesn't look anything important, but if it doesn't get better in 3 weeks, he said that the pain should come back and an MRI may be necessary. What I want to ask is, can people who have experienced this and similar injuries write their experiences? How long did it take you to recover and what did you do to get better?
