Hello friends, in the last two three months, I took a break from sports and lost 1.2 kg of muscle due to my somewhat irregular diet, and my fat ratio, which was 20 percent, suddenly increased to 23 percent. I'm entering a plateau period and I'm stuck there, my goal is to make my existing muscles more pronounced now 16-17 percent. What kind of training should I choose to burn fat as soon as possible? they say it's the life buoy below the waist. Are there any shuttle combinations that I need to work on to visually reduce the lubrication in that area?
