I have been having pain in some movements in my left shoulder for a long time. For example, there is pain in heavy flat bench press, but there is no pain when doing low inclines. As a result of MRI, tendinosis in the supraspinatus tendon, minimal effusion in the acromioclavicular joint space, thickening in my joint capsule, and edema in the bones adjacent to the joint space were found. What would you recommend for treatment and training?
