Split training program

Hello there,
I have been doing fullbody for 4 months. I was training 2-3 times a week for at least 2-3 hours. My muscles got stronger, but the growth was not too much. I seem to be counting in my place now. After this hour, I realized that I need to switch to split. As of Monday, I will apply the following program.

I have had low back pain for 2 months (my back hurt while doing T bar and it still continues).

Monday: Leg 3 moves-back 4 moves
Wednesday: chest 4 moves-biceps 3 moves
Friday: 0 shoulders 4 moves-triceps 4 moves
Is it 100% efficient to train a muscle group once a week? Because I have the chance to work out 3 days a week.
