Squat groin pain

Hello. I have been using the 5x5 program for 2 months and I am generally satisfied with the program. I have done the same program before, but after I exceeded 90 kilos in squats, I gave up because of groin and waist pain. In terms of weight and the pain in the waist is no longer, but the groin pain has started again. Does anyone have the same problem, I like the program very much, I don't want to change it, but the pain in the groin worries me too. I don't want to do leg press instead of squat. I will be happy if it is.
