Hello friends, doing it in the morning is not due to lack of energy. Drinking coffee is about 2kcal and very little. For this reason, I make a mixture of oats and honey and banana (390 kcal oats + 30 kcal honey + 122 kcal milk + 40 kcal half banana = 580 kcal) and add it in milk. But he has indigestion and stomachache due to milk. For this reason, I have to wait about 1 hour after the oats with milk. For this reason, I have to wake up at 5 am and I followed it for 3 months. What can I do to get that much energy or enough energy in a shorter time? Even though I consume oats without milk, I have to wait for a while so that I don't vomit. Do you have any recommendations for a food that I can consume separately, which does not cause indigestion, that can be consumed before the energizing sport?
