I was doing 5x5 in the middle of 2 months. I quit it because I was 83 kg. I decided to lose weight and now I am 70 kg. There has been a decrease in my sleep pattern, finally I want to make a comeback like a bomb. I want to gain my lost discipline and I am waiting for powerlift-oriented suggestions from you by the way. I did not measure 1.81 kilos 70 shoulders 127 chest 119 arms 37 legs etc. Every part of the body is aesthetic, but that tummy is killing me, I have a belly. Even if I was 40 kg, I wouldn't let go of my collar. I'm waiting for your suggestions about that belly and training. Normally, I was going to do the Texas method, but when the weights fell, my whole plan broke down.
