Hello guys, I just started working out fitness.
I started working at 103 kilos a month ago, I went to work regularly, 4 sometimes 5 days a week.
My program is as follows;
Treadmill for 15 minutes, I run around 1.6 km.
Cycling for 15 minutes burns about 125-130 calories.
I swim in 20 minutes.
Unfortunately, I lost only 3 kilos by paying attention to what I ate for a month. However, I lost 3 kilos from fat. No noticeable difference now.
Today I will start with the weight and hit cardio training program. I will add my new program here.
