80 kilos of leg presses
45kg front leg (with machine)
50 kilos of hind legs (by machine)
15 kilos of arms (by machine)
12.5 kilo dumbbell side bend
10 kilo deadlifts
Are these weights correct during the fat burning and weight loss process, should I continue or is there a program you recommend?
