What if we only eat protein?

Friends, I've just started, I'm thin, but I have a huge belly, saggy breasts and a chubby face. Arms, legs, shoulders are thin. Most of the fat in my body is collected in the waist area. I need to melt the belly and expand the muscles. For this, if I take max and 1000 calories a day and get high protein (about 200 gr.), will this help me burn fat and build muscle, or should I try a different method? I will make the nutrition in the form of protein powder, protein milks, high protein yogurt, eggs, chicken meat, etc.
