What is the problem

Hello there.
I did P90X hard for 3 months, I am at my ideal weight and my muscle mass is not bad. I am currently exercising for 3 hours a day.
However, the problem is that even though I am at my ideal weight, my belly protrudes/folds while sitting or lying down. If I say I should lose a little more weight, I will look thin and it will not be nice.
Could it be because of my high consumption of milk, whole grain bread, and salt? I am already continuing the sport, what more can I do?
