where am i doing wrong

I have increased from 14% fat (I was 70 kg) to 21% fat (I am 86 kg) I have been dieting for 1.5 months I take 2000 calories 176 g protein 80 g fat 126 g carbohydrates I train 5 days a week I train on Monday and Thursday chest biceps
Tuesday and Friday I work on back triceps Wednesday shoulders and legs I do 3 movements for each muscle only 5 movements on the leg and after each weight training I do crosstrqiner for 15-20 minutes, but I can neither lose weight nor my waist measurement is getting smaller, what could be the reason?
