Your advice for the future

Friends, I am 183 kg and 92, I have been doing full body for about 6 months, but my waist and leg areas are still oily. I do the training at home and do not use supplements, but I can take the supplement in 1-2 weeks and go to the gym. Although I was so disciplined in these 6 months (I didn't even eat a cheat meal), I'm way out of the way I dreamed, I lost weight slowly and well, I lost about 7-8 kilos and I believe I added muscle, but I feel that I am working inefficiently, although I am not satisfied. (I have barbell and dumbbell set)
What are your suggestions for the future?
7 kilos doesn't make that much difference, but those who said my body was bad in the past say that I am fit now, and I get exaggerated reactions from my environment. Unfortunately I am not satisfied with myself
