Hello guys. I do full body workouts once a week. Is it okay if I take a calorie surplus on the training day and the next 2 days, until the muscles recover, and leave a calorie deficit for the other 4 days?
Unless you're a professional athlete or don't have such goals, don't get hung up on them. There is no information beyond the relationship between milk and skin thickness.
