I have never done any sports, so I am not very fit. I'm skinny fat. I am 165 kilos, 54 and I want to be 45-46. Please do not interfere with my own choices. I want to start sports, but there is a problem. I really don't have energy. what can i do and what kind of sports should i do? I want to be skinny but fit. I think I should try to lose weight and get in shape first, but you know better than me I'm sitting, my belly is coming out or I find my legs thick, I feel uncomfortable. My body is accustomed to high carbohydrates (oats, fruits, rice, potatoes, etc.), so I can continue and do intermittent fasting.
